This is a compilation of patch notes from the previous version of Solquence:

2025-04-06 - Solquence 2.08 Patch

The Solquence 2.08 patch includes the following fixes:

• Fixed a bug where tapping the option to restart the tutorial from ‘how to play’ would cause a crash after a new installation.

2024-03-07 - Solquence 2.06 Patch

The Solquence 2.06 patch includes the following fixes:

• Set the tutorial to only play once per installation, rather than at the start of each new saved game. Added an option to restart the tutorial from the first ‘how to play’ page by tapping on the tutorial block. Changed the displayed text to indicate.
• Fixed a bug where the ‘overwrite your saved game’ popup would reappear after a game over
• Fixed a bug where penalty cards could unintentionally form A-2-3 matches during placement
• Fixed a bug where the level up effect would display automatically and incorrectly on starting a new game

2024-02-07 - Solquence 2.05 Patch

The Solquence 2.05 patch includes the following fixes:

• Rules Change - Aces now also count as low cards. A-2-3 will now clear along with A-K-Q. Wraparounds such as K-A-2 will not clear, but combos like Q-K-A-2-3 will. 
•  New feature - Patch notes popup: new patch notes will pop up once per install or by tapping the version number on the title screen.

2024-01-17 - Solquence 2.02 Patch

• Fixed a bug where high scores were not properly saved if the application exited unexpectedly

2023-11-07 - Solquence 2.0 is live!

Hi all! Solquence 2.0 is now out. I'm just real proud of the updated version and very happy to finally release it! I look forward to hearing from everyone! Enjoy!

2023-10-09 - Solquence 2.0 is going into beta!

After many months of development, Solquence 2.0 is entering beta testing! The beta is on Android and iOS, however once its time to publish. Solquence 2.0 will also be updated for itch.io. Publication will be this Fall 2023!

2023-05-13 - Solquence 2.0

Hello! 

I've started working on a large update to Solquence and eventually I'll release it all as a version 2.0 (TBD). I started off focusing on the look and feel. Here's some updated images highlighting some of the changes I've made already:

Here's an updated version of the game board, still a work in progress. I've decided to add some skin choices for players, and this first one should look like a game table! I'll also offer up the Solquence Classic skin, I've got a few other ideas, but I'd be interested in what everyone else thinks may look cool :)
